Fresh Herb Spaghetti
1. cook spaghetti in 3 Litres of boiling water with a touch of lemon Juice, for 12 minutes.
2. For the sauce combine olive oil and lemon juice. Add herbs and mix well.
3. Drain the cooked spaghetti and return it into the pan. Pour over the herb sauce and mix well.
375 grams of spaghetti
30ml virgin olive oil
15ml of lemon juice
15ml chervil ( 1 tablespoon)
30 grams of parsly
15ml mint (1tablespoon)
25grams parmesan cheese
